Let your energy shift.
During this session we have a 30 minute discussion about what you would like to get out of the session & what you're experiencing, what's keeping you stuck and how I can help. You will then lie comfortably on a massage table covered with a blanket. I will guide you into a relaxed hypnotic state to then allow your unconscious mind to guide you for what you need based on your intention for the session. I will incorporate energy healing and a variety of techniques listed below throughout the session.
Overall, it's an experience where I hold space for you to feel safe and let go of what doesn't serve your highest good. As each person is different, sessions vary based on what the client needs.
